On Sunday, I am going to start Dr. Oz's rapid weight loss plan. I am curious to see how it is going to work. I am definitely ready to get started on losing these 30 pounds before Miami. The plan is below if you want to try it as well. I will let you know my results when I'm finished!
It takes roughly 30 minutes to digest food and for your brain to tell your body you are full. So eating more slowly will result in consuming less food, and could result in weight loss. I think the key is smaller portions, and give yourself to time to enjoy and taste the food.
