Yesterday, I took a leap of faith and took a fitness class I knew nothing about. Boy was I in for a surprise. SHA'BAM is the equivalent of the 2014 Jazzercise. Basically, it is a dance cardio fitness class with current pop music. It was a lot of spins and jumping. I definitely had fun and was excited when the instructor turned on the music and began dancing. I took this class at the YMCA and if you have a membership, I encourage you to try it.. especially if you like to dance and need a cardio workout that does not feel like a workout.
